A specially curated workshop by Cathy Clark, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher (PYT) and  Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator

Cathy is filling a gap in your pregnancy support and hosting a workshop to empower you and your partner with not only what to expect through the different stages of labour, but also will guide you through positions, movements and exercises to help you and empower your partner to know how to help your body (and baby!) through each stage.
